70城最新房价宣布!61城上升 涨得最快是此时

  六十四个城市的房价环比上升 大老山高升最快

据国家计算局网址音信,国家总计局先天公告了二〇一三年八月份67个大中城市商品住宅出售卖价格格变动景况计算数据。七月,有65城新建筑商品住宅价格环比上涨。当中,升幅最大的是咸宁,达1.9%;香港(Hong Kong)、法国巴黎、华盛顿、日内瓦独家涨0.4%、跌0.1%、涨0.8%、跌0.3%。

  65个大中城市的新建筑商品住宅中,六二十个都市的房价环比回升,2个城市房价环比持平,7个城市环比下调。当中上升最快的是锦州,高达5.3%,沧州、阜阳、加尔各答等调整火热城市环比增长幅度分明,分别上升2.4%、2.1%、2.1%。从区域看,东南、中东边的房价上升聚集。

  二手房中有陆15个都市房价上升,独有金沙萨、香港、格Russ哥、利兹4个城市下调,同期比较下调最多的香江市,在三番两次下调一年后,也出现了环比回涨。

  从环比看,一线城市新建商品住宅和二手商品房贩卖价格分别上升0.3%和0.2%。二线城市新建筑商品住宅和二手住宅出售价格分别上升0.9%和0.8%。三线城市新建筑商品住宅和二手商品房出售卖价格格分别上升0.7%和0.6%。

  十六个火热城市商品住宅出卖价格上涨或下落互现

  一月份,拾陆个抢手城市新建商品住宅贩卖价格环比裁减的都会有5个,比下个月降低2个,最大降低的幅度为1.1%;持平的1个;上升的9个,扩充1个,最高增长幅度为2.1%。同期相比十分的大跌的城市有8个,比上一个月减弱2个,最大下降的幅度为2.8%;上升的7个,扩张2个,最高增幅为3.4%。
